Your fitness evaluation is recommended prior to commencing any exercise programme in order to establish an accurate level of fitness. The evaluation comprises of heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, flexibility and aerobic treadmill test. This Gives the instructors a clear indication of your fitness levels and from here a balanced programme  can be written or classes recommended.

Our dedicated Leisure team is on hand, to plan your personal fitness programs and ensure you reach your desired goals.
