Organising a large conference or exhibition? Our large contemporary Morton House Ballroom is the perfect space with light modern décor, state-of-the-art technology, and ample space for up to 170 guests. Our large Grand Hall and Burgundy Suite both boast large windows, hanging chandeliers, and ornate ceilings, adding a touch of grandeur to your event. Our friendly staff will greet delegates with drinks, making them feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

We have the perfect selection of rooms for your functions and banquets. From huge grand rooms, to small, relaxed spaces, we can cater for events of any size at our beautiful Scottish mansion. Natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows at our peaceful Garden Pavilion which caters for up to 350 guests. Hanging crystal chandeliers add a sparkle to any event, and the decking area is perfect for drinks with a view of the undulating Kirkpatrick Hills. Our stylish Kirkpatrick Suite caters for smaller intimate celebrations, and its oak panels and gold chandelier create a cosy and traditional space for up to 40 guests. On 22 August 2023, Andrew Dolliver, Kris Aspin and Joseph Luke Charleton, of EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team were appointed as Joint Administrators of Mar Estates Limited, trading as Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort (“the Resort”).

The Resort continues to trade on a business-as-usual basis.

Andrew Dolliver is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by The Insolvency Practitioners Association, Kris S Aspin is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and Joseph L Charleton is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by Chartered Accountants Ireland.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, Andrew Dolliver, Kris S Aspin and Joseph L Charleton, who act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.

The Joint Administrators may act as data controllers of personal data as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (as incorporated in the Data Protection Act 2018), depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. Ernst & Young LLP and/or the Company may act as a data processor on the instructions of the Joint Administrators.
