Our Aveda Concept Spa is the only one of its kind in the UK and features 11 treatment rooms, designed using elements of Ayurvedic traditions, Rasul mud Chamber, Couples’ room, Heat and Water Experiences, Relaxation area. The Fitness Centre at Mar Hall has a 20metre pool, fully equipped Fitness Studio, Saunas and Steam Rooms.

All treatments use Aveda’s finest oils and products sourced with environmental consciousness from around the world. The Aveda Spa at Mar Hall offers a wide range of Health and Beauty treatments and we pride ourselves in our complete holistic approach throughout all our services.

At Aveda, our goal is to design treatments to bring you back into balance, using nurturing high touch approaches and unique sensory experiences.

At the root of Aveda’s holistic spa philosophy are the five elements found in nature and within each of us: Infinity, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Before each service our therapists will ask you some simple questions allowing us to create personalised treatments and self-care rituals based on your Elemental Nature.
