Award winning Chef, Jim Kerr, had attracted a host of devotees to Mar Hall before we had opened our doors to the public; his reputation for creating fine food preceding him.

A career spanning some 30 plus years has earned Jim critical acclaim in the kitchen and we are delighted that he has chosen Mar Hall in which to continue delighting discerning diners.

Shades of gold and cream set the tone for the relaxing ambience in The Cristal, with seven towering windows, emitting natural daylight, offering views of the formal gardens and woodlands. Be prepared to savour your time here, as well as the food.
